Randall Chapman

Has over thirty five years of property management, ownership and development experience in the real estate field. Started career 1976 in Vail, Colorado as Controller for Access Vail, later co-founding IDSI, one of the first software firms to develop programs to administer billings to timeshare projects.

In 1984 co-founded MMG through the merger of two San Francisco real estate investment firms. Starting as CFO and then moving to President and CEO in 2004.

Received a B.S. Degree in Finance from Colorado State University. Active nationally as a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and locally through the Professional Property Manager’s Association (PPMA), San Francisco Apartment Association (SFAA) and the Coalition for Better Housing (CBH). MMG selected as Large Property Management Firm of the year by SFAA in 2009.
