Meridian Management Group (Meridian) is a San Francisco based property management firm created in 1984 from the merger of two smaller firms that began operations in the early 1970's. Meridian is a California corporation with management responsibilities throughout the Greater Bay Area with a strong presence in the City of San Francisco.

Currently Meridian manages some 5,000 residential units and over a million square feet of commercial property. Our total portfolio size exceeds 6 million square feet. Meridian employs more than 150 people to operate and maintain the properties.

Meridian participates in numerous organizations involved in the preservation and improvement of the quality of living in the City of San Francisco including: the Coalition for Better Housing and the San Francisco Apartment Association.

We maintain professional affiliations with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMI) and the Professional Property Managers Association (PPMA).
